Wkend retrospects…

Today...
Had worked til 12:30 last nite…& spent whole morning working on the test plan & strategy doc…Just now finished the review wid my PM…my PM’s comment in the last - ‘Good Job!! I like the way u hav thot & done things differently as compared to prev. test plans ppl hav made…u shud pass it on to others in the team so that they can use & follow it…well-done…‘
Mez happy…sm ppl in the world at least recognize my worth… :-)
Thot of taking a small break & post what I wrote ovr the wkend.. :-)

Had been working pretty late in office these days… there is lots of work plus as I m fasting for Navratri there is no worry for dinner…a cup of milk & apple requires no preparation…but ya, my pretty late is 8pm…I prefer to finish up work in time & leave by 7pm… so wat if it means not chking even my mails on a hectic day…but I m not feeling sorry today for working late…

…I m sad bcoz I missed one of my younger cousin’s bday yest…poor kid…he was telling…nobody called up….I remembered it till 4th …how cud I forget it..?...just bcoz had lots of work…ridiculous Sonal…even forgot to remind it to mom & dad or sis…so nobody called him up…
I said sorry so many times today to him… sweet fellow…he just said…its ok didi…
Wen it was my bday…sm 20 days back …He was the one who called me up in the morning before 7am as he was leaving for school …I feel guilty….Sorry bhai…

Smtimes v r so busy in sm things/ppl who don’t care for us that v forget those to whom v really mean a lot… it 1:15 in nite & I m thinking of sm of the contradictory personalities…those for whom I m nothing, and others for whom I m everything…

Cudn’t take it more…have to think of sm nice gift which I can take for him wen I go for diwali…

Kamyaa has gone to Chennai over the wkend & Sur has gone for the b’day party of one of her frnds…
…frm last few hrs I m working upon sm of the specs & preparing for sm plan review with my PM tomorrow…nice old hindi instrumental numbers along wid sm songs frm Parineeta & Raincoat are on my playlist…it has started raining outside & its beautiful view frm the window near my bed, which has dragged my attention away frm work & so I m writing this blog…thanx to my lappy I can scribble things offline & post later… :-)

Watched ‘Salaam Namaste’ & ‘Harry Potter & the Prisoner of Azkaban’ yest…hav started watching lots of movies these days over the wkend…smone some two yrs back asked me ‘Do u c movies?’…I said ‘No rarely, only if sm frnd suggests’…to that the person advised ‘u shud if u don’t’…Mez puzzled ...wonder wat wud hav been the reply if I wud hav said ‘Yes, I do’…anyways …I m following the advice these days…

Thinking of few things…pleasing or unpleasing…can’t categorize…can’t express them in words…so I m diverting back to my work…
